We are working hard to get everything ready to go to begin
construction on Evermore Senior Village!
As you may or may not know, that involves a lot of moving parts. We have to work with our architect and
engineer on architectural and civil engineering plans and those plans must be
submitted to our lenders, investors and Gwinnett County for approval. Our lenders and investors must approve the
plans before they approve the final financing needed to begin construction. Gwinnett County must then approve everything
before they issue building permits. We’re
well along in this process and expect to have everything closing and under
construction by the fall!
We want to ensure the community stays up to date with the
plans and progress of our development.
