Construction Update #3


SITE WORK:
Mass grading work is 98% complete. Grading work throughout the site is generally complete with the exception of the building pad for Building 200 where import of structural fill material was nearing completion. Excavation and shaping of detention ponds, placement of fill on interior drives and parking bays, construction of the building pad for building 100 and construction and backfilling of the MSE/Gabion retaining wall and gravity retaining wall have been completed. Compaction of soils in the parking lot south of Building 100 is nearly complete and construction of the building pad for building 200 is underway. Several more additional loads of import fill were required at building 200 prior to grading work.

Construction of site infrastructure improvements is substantially complete including all sanitary sewer, storm drainage and water distribution components.

Construction of the interior drives and parking lots has not commenced but staking for the curb and gutter system is throughout the site. Curb and gutter work is scheduled to commence the week of 02/26 pending appropriate weather conditions.

STRUCTURES:
Building construction has continued to progress and remains isolated to Building 100. Installation of under-slab plumbing and electrical piping, elevator pits and the foundation wall along the west elevation of the building has been completed. Concrete slab placement has occurred along the north/south wing of the building through the main lobby area. Approximately 60% of the slab-on-grade for Building 100 has been placed and around 50% of all concrete slab placement is now complete. Overall, plumbing work is estimated to be 20% complete, electrical work 10% complete and concrete work approximately 50% complete.
