Construction update #2 is below.  Please see the summary and pictures at the bottom of this post!

SITE WORK:
Mass grading work has continued to progress and is 90% complete. Excavation and shaping of detention ponds has been completed, the building pad is currently at sub-grade and interior drives and parking bays are approximately 90% to sub-grade. As part of the grading process, construction of retaining walls is required to achieve final grade. Retaining wall construction is 75% complete. The MSE/Gabion retaining wall within the primary detention pond has been completed and the gravity wall along the north side of the property is 40% complete with work in progress. It appears that most of the material for the gravity wall is currently on site.
Construction of site infrastructure improvements 90% complete. Installation of sanitary sewer main, outfall and service laterals is complete and tie-in of the on-site sewer to the municipal main has been completed. Additionally, installation of the primary storm drainage system is now 95% complete. The majority of on-site storm drainage is now in place, with pre-cast inlet basins and piping installed within the interior areas of the site and piped to the on-site detention basins. Installation of the drainage along the east property line, where the main entrance from Oakland Park Boulevard is located is also now mostly complete. Installation of the water distribution system has commenced within the past period and water distribution work is 85-90% complete. The fire main has been extended through the site with fire hydrant assemblies and the service to the building structure in place. Domestic water distribution has also been extended to the building pad.

STRUCTURES:
Construction of the building structure has continued to progress. Under-slab plumbing work is 95% complete and material for the under-slab electrical requirements was noted to be on site. Overall, plumbing work is 20% complete and electrical work is 5% complete. In addition to the under-slab piping, construction of both elevator pits has been completed and the foundation wall along the west end of the building has recently been completed. Backfilling of the elevator pits was in progress at the time of our site visit. Concrete work is around 15% complete.
